Return policy
Last updated: March 2025. This policy applies to purchases made via the channels indicated on this site, including for customers in Nigeria.
1. Withdrawal period
Under applicable regulations, you may have a right of withdrawal within the period stated at the time of order (generally 14 days from receipt of the product, unless otherwise required by law).
2. Return conditions
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging where possible. Return shipping may be at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated or in case of product defect.
3. Refund
The refund will be made within a reasonable time after receipt and verification of the returned product, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain types of products (e.g. customised or perishable goods) in accordance with the law in force at the place of delivery (including in Nigeria).
